Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Vicdan Exchange website and services (the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

2. Account Registration and Security

You are required to create an account to access certain features. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Exchange Services and Rates

• Rates: Exchange rates for cryptocurrencies and gift cards are highly volatile. The rate displayed at the time of transaction initiation is an estimate. Final payouts are based on the confirmed rate at the exact moment the asset is verified on our end.
• Gift Cards: By submitting a gift card, you declare that you are the lawful owner and the card was obtained legally. Submitting stolen, invalid, or already-redeemed cards will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
• Crypto Transactions: Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. It is your strict responsibility to ensure you send assets to the correct wallet address provided. Vicdan Exchange is not liable for funds sent to incorrect addresses or unsupported networks.

4. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & KYC

We strictly comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to provide whatever valid identification documents we may request (KYC) to verify your identity. We reserve the right to freeze accounts or withhold payouts if suspicious activity is detected until verification is complete.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following restricted activities:

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or financing terrorism.
• Attempting to manipulate the platform, exploit bugs, or disrupt the operation of the Services.
• Opening multiple accounts to bypass limits or abuse promotional offers.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vicdan Exchange, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, without notice or liability, if you violate any of these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of such changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
